Noah Hall Drives In Three Runs In Trenton Win

Trenton blew out the Fisher Cats 11-3 and Noah Hall played a big part in the win.  He went three for four with two doubles, three RBIs and a run.  P.J. Pilittere went three for five with a double, a triple, an RBI and three runs while Gabe Lopez was a perfect four for four.

Thunder Loses to Fisher Cats In Ten Innings

Gerardo Casadiego gave up the losing run in the bottom of the tenth inning in the Thunder’s 4-3 loss to the Fisher Cats.  A pretty good start by Tim Lavigne was wasted in the loss.  He gave up two runs on five hits and a walk with five strikeouts in six innings.

Four Late Runs Cost Thunder In Loss to Fisher Cats

Scott Paterson gave up the losing run in the ninth inning as the Thunder lost to the Fisher Cats 4-3.  Jason Jones had a shutout through six but he ran into trouble in the seventh when he gave up three runs.

Alan Horne Pitches Trenton To Win Over Defenders

Alan Horne had another nice start in the Thuners’ win 7-6 win over the Defenders.  He gave up four runs (one earned) on seven hits and two walks with seven strikeouts in six innings.  The win improved Horne’s record to 5-2 and he now has 73 strikeouts in 59 innings.

Roger Clemens Is Hit Hard In Trenton Loss

Okay, it wasn’t that bad but you’d expect more from a future Hall of Famer.  Clemens gave up three runs on six hits and four walks with five strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
Noah Hall hit a solo homerun in the 4-3 loss.  Jamal Strong was four for four and he drove in a run.

Alan Horne Pitches Thunder to Win Over Portland

Alan Horne was solid in his start against Erie but Dallas Trahern was a bit better in the 3-2 loss.  Horne gave up three runs on six hits and a walk with a season high nine strikeouts and the loss drops him to 3-2 on the season.
