Hens Held to Six Hits In Shutout Loss to Knights

Armando Galarraga improved to 2-1 on the season with another solid start in the Hens 3-1 win over Louisville.  He gave up just three hits and he struck out six in seven shutout innings.  Jay Sborz struck out two in a shutout ninth and he picked up his fifth save of the season.

The Hens put it all together last night as they decimated Indianpolis 10-1.  There were plenty of hitting stars as five players had two hits each.  Brennan Boesch went two for five with a home run and two RBIs.  Casper Wells went two for five with a double, a run and an RBI.

Ruddy Lugo fell to 1-2 on the season with a rough start in the Hens 9-6 loss to Indianapolis.  He gave up seven runs (six earned) on six hits and two walks with four strikeouts in four innings.  Three of the six hits he gave up left the ballpark.
