Three Errors Cost St. Lucie In Loss to Fort Myers

The Mets made three costly errors that led to eight unearned runs in a 12-3 blowout loss to Fort Myers. Jonathan Niese dropped to 6-4 on the season with the loss.  He gave up seven runs (four earned) on six hits and two walks with two strikeouts in 3 2/3 innings.

Daniel Murphy Drives In Three Runs In St. Lucie Win

Four players had multihit games in St. Lucie’s 6-1 win over Fort Myers but only one had more then one RBI and that was Daniel Murphy.  He went two for four with three RBIs and a run.  Emmanuel Garcia had a nice game as well and he went four for five with two runs.

St. Lucie Edges Dunedin 6-5

Both Dunedin and St. Lucie had a late flurry of runs but it was St. Lucie who came out on top 6-5.  Jose Castro went three for four with a double, a run and an RBI.  Dustin Martin went two for four with a two run homer.

St. Lucie Held to Six Hits in Loss to Vero Beach

St. Lucie lost 3-1 and the hitters never really got on track.  Daniel Murphy had two of the Mets six hits and one of those two hits was a double.
A decent start by Eric Brown went to waste.  He gave up three runs on five hits and a walk with four strikeouts in seven innings.

St. Lucie Loses Crazy Game to Lakeland In Eleven Innings
