Sand Gnat Pitchers Give Up 17 Runs In Loss to Cat Fish

Talk about an ugly game.  Jeremy Mizell gave up five runs in four innings and while he took the loss, this blowout was a team effort.  The worst offender was Jonathan Castillo, who was tagged for eight runs in his one inning of work.

Greg Mullens Can’t Find the Plate In Sand Gnats Loss

Greg Mullens got this game off to a rough start.  He walked the first six batters and all six of those baserunners would eventually score in a 16-2 loss to Augusta. 
Sean McCraw was the only Sand Gnat with two hits.  He went two for four in the loss.

Sand Gnats Blown Out By Rome

Savannah got plenty of offense but the pitchers gave up nine runs in the 9-5 loss to Rome.  Julio Polanco took the loss and he gave up four hits and he was credited with four runs without getting a single batter out.

Sand Gnats Shutout In Loss to RiverDogs

The Sand Gnats were shutout on just seven hits as they lost to the RiverDogs 4-0.  Sean McCraw was the hitting star and he singled twice and drew a walk to reach base three times.
