Pat Stanley improved to 3-2 on the season with a nice start in the SeaWolves 3-1 win over Binghamton.  He gave up one run on five hits and two walks with eight strikeouts in seven innings.  Brett Jensen struck out four in two shutout innings to pick up his eighth save of the season.

The Seawolves finally got to make up their games as they split a doubleheader with Harrisburg.  In the first game, Erie used the long ball in a 9-6 win.  Ryan Strieby hit his sixth and seventh home runs and he drove in four while Scott Sizemore and Santo De Leon both hit one home run [...]

Rick Porcello improved to 2-4 on the season in Lakeland’s 9-2 win over St. Lucie.  He gave up three hits and three walks with two strikeouts in six innings.

Duane Below improved to 13-5 on the season with a nice start in the White Caps 6-1 win over Fort Wayne.  He gave up one unearned run on three hits and three walks with eight strikeouts in seven solid innings.
