Dan Meyer Strikes Out Nine In River Cats Win

Dan Meyer improved to 2-0 on the season with five quality innings.  He gave up two runs on three hits and three walks with nine strikeouts.
Dee Brown hit a solo homerun in the 7-3 win.  Jason Perry went three for four with a run.

The River Cats were held to two runs on six hits in their 4-2 loss to Salt Lake.  Nicholas Blasi had two of those hits and he drove in both of the runs.

Shane Komine dropped to 1-5 on the season with a tough start.  He gave up five runs on seven hits and three walks with a season high eight strikeouts in seven innings.
Jeremy Brown provided most of the offense in the 5-3 loss.  He doubled, drove in two and scored a run.
