Zephyrs Limp Into Second Half With Three Hits In Loss to Isotopes

The Zephyrs were beat up by the Isotopes 10-3 to open the second half and the hitters managed to pick up just three hits in the entire game.  Miguel Negron was the only hitter to reach base twice with a walk and a single and he drove in one of the Zephyrs runs.

Philip Humber Is Shelled in Zephyrs Loss

Philip Humber fell to 7-5 on the season with a rough start in the Zephyrs 6-2 loss to Oklahoma.  He gave up six runs on eight hits and a walk with six strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings.
Miguel Negron was one for four in the loss.  He drove in both of the Zephyrs two runs.

Marcos Carvajal, Binghamton Pen Hit Hard In Loss to Fisher Cats

Marcos Carvajal was hit hard in the Mets 9-6 loss to the Fisher Cats and he dropped to 1-3 on the season.  He gave up three runs (one earned) on five hits and four walks with five strikeouts in four innings.  Two relievers were also hit hard and each gave up three runs a piece.

Binghamton Shut Down in Loss To New Hampshire

Binghamton had as many errors in their 3-1 loss to the Fisher Cats then they did hits as they were held to one run on four hits.  Miguel Negron drove in the only run of the game for the Mets.

Miguel Negron Drives In Three Runs In Binghamton Win

Miguel Negron provided plenty of offense in Binghamton’s 5-2 win over Trenton.  He went two for five with a double and three RBIs.  Enrique Cruz both scored a run and drove in one without getting a hit but he did pick up three walks.
