Loons Lose to Beloit In Ten Innings

The Loons were doubled up by the Lugnuts 10-5 and Joshua Wall took the loss.  He dropped to 2-5 on the season and he gave up five runs on seven hits and three walks with four strikeouts in five innings.

Clayton Kershaw Strikes Out Twelve in Loons Win

Eduardo Perez Powers Loons to Win Over Cedar Rapids

Eduardo Perez’s three run homer was the big hit in the Loons 5-4 win over Cedar Rapids.  Matthew Berezay provided the rest of the scoring with a two run double.
Francisco Feliz picked up the win with 4 2/3 innings of shutout relief.  He gave up twp hits and a walk and he struck out six.

The Great Lakes Loons played their first game ever and blew out the South Bend Silver Hawks.  Matthew Berezay led the way with two hits, three runs and two RBIs while Preston Mattingly scored twice and drove in a run without getting a hit.
