The GCL Yankees and GCL Tigers split shutouts today as they made up a rain out.  The GCL Tigers were on the losing end of a 3-0 game in the first one.  Bruce Rondon gave up two runs on four hits and three walks with five strikeouts in four innings and he dropped to 0-1.  [...]

The GCL Tigers trailed for most of this game until they rallied for six runs in the top of the seventh inning to give them a 7-4 win.  Elvin Soto went two for four with a double and an RBI while Luis Castillo went two for five with a run.
