Josh Bell Scores Three Runs In Loons Win

Josh Bell had a big day at the plate in the Loons 8-6 win over the Lugnuts.  He went three for four with two doubles and he scored three times.  Justin Fuller also had a nice game.  He went two for three and he scored twice.

Thomas Melgarejo Hit Hard In Loss to Cougars

Thomas Melgarejo had a tough start and he dropped to 0-3 on the season.  He gave up four runs (three earned) on five hits and two walks with four strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
Justin Fuller tripled and he scored a run in the 6-3 loss.  Joshua Bell hit a solo homerun.

Loons Shut Out by Cedar Rapids

The Loons picked up just four hits in their 5-0 loss to Lancaster.  Justin Fuller had the only extra base hit of the game.  He went one for three with a double.
