Daniel Gil Throws Five Solid Innings In GCL Yankees Win

Daniel Gil improved to 1-0 on the season with a nice start in the GCL Yankees 6-3 win over the GCL Pirates.  He gave up a pair of runs on two hits and a walk with four strikeouts in five innings.  Dan Miller also pitched in and he threw two shutout innings of relief.

Kelvin De Leon Scores Three Runs In GCL Yankees Opener

The GCL Yankees took care of the GCL Pirates in an 8-2 blowout.  Kelvin De Leon brought a hot bat and he went three for four with a double and three runs.  Jose Mojica also had a big game and he went two for four with a double, a home run and four RBIs.
