Inland Empire Beats Lake Elsinore In Fourteen Innings

Alberto Bastardo took the loss in Inland Empire’s 16-8 blowout loss to Lancaster.  He gave up seven runs on nine hits and one walk with two strikeouts in just two innings.  Each of the subsequent three relievers all gave up runs as well.

Inland Empire’s pitching gave up nineteen runs on nineteen hits in their 19-7 loss.  Jordan Pratt was hit the hardest and he took the loss.  He gave up seven runs in 1 1/3 innings.
Jamie Hoffman drove in three runs in the loss.  Russell Mitchell had three hits, a run and an RBI.
