Michael Megrew Shelled In Loss to Barons

The Suns lost to the Barons 5-3 and Michael Megrew was hit hard.  He gave up five runs on six hits and three walks in five innings.
John Lindsey was the hitting star.  He went two for five with a double and two RBIs.

Eric Cyr Pitches Suns to Win Over Barons

Eric Cyr improved to 5-1 on the season with a nice start in the Suns 5-3 win over the Barons.  He gave up three runs on four hits and a walk with five strikeouts in eight innings.
Cory Dunlap provided most of the offense in the win.  He doubled and drove in three runs.

Marshall McDougall was the hitting star in the Suns 4-3 win over Carolina.  He went two for three with a double and two RBIs.
John Meloan picked up the win with two shutout innings of relief.  He gave up two walks and he struck out four and improved to 5-2 on the season.

I’m not sure what is worse, the one hit the offense picked up or the thirteen runs that the pitchers yielded.  Ironcally, Xavier Paul reached base twice with a single and a walk and the only other time a Sun reached base was on one walk.
