Error Costs Inland Empire In Loss to Quakes

An error in the second inning led to three unearned runs in Inland Empire’s 5-2 loss to the Quakes.  Mario Alvarez took the loss and he dropped to 4-6 in his start.  He gave up four runs (just one earned) on two hits and four walks with three strikeouts in three innings.
