Brian Aragon Leads RiverDogs At The Plate In 7-4 Win Over Catfish

Brian Aragon had a big day at the plate in the RiverDogs 7-4 win over the Catfish.  He went four for four with two doubles, two RBIs and a run.  Mitchell Hilligoss also had a nice game and he went two for five with two runs.

Michael Dunn had a very nice start for the RiverDogs in their 6-1 win over the Sand Gnats.  He gave up a run on four hits and two walks with six strikeouts in 7 2/3 innings, and the win improved his record to a perfect 3-0.

Eric Hacker improved to 3-1 on the season with six shutout innings over Savannah.  He gave up just five hits and two walks and he struck out two.

Grant Duff was hammered in his second loss of the season as the RiverDogs were pounded in an 11-2 loss.  He gave up six runs on two hits and seven walks in 3 1/3 innings.

Angel Reyes lasted just 3 1/3 innings but he struck out nine batters.  That’s nine of the ten outs he made.  He wasn’t unhittable though.  He did give up two runs on one hit and two walks in a no decision.  Luke Trubee picked up the win with 1 2/3 innings of shutout relief.

Michael Dunn got it done for the RiverDogs with six solid innings. He gave up just one run on four hits with no walks and he struck out eight.
Christopher Malec led the way at the plate.  The switch hitting first baseman went three for four with two runs.

Grant Duff Pitches RiverDogs to Win Over Greenville

Grant Duff was very impressive in the RiverDogs 2-1 win over Greenville.  He threw five shutout innings and he gave up just one hit and three walks with six strikeouts.
Wilmer Pino doubled and drove in a run while Josue Calzado doubled and scored a run.  They scored just enough for the win though.
