Matthew Klinker really got it done on the mound tonight as he improved to 2-0 in the Mudcats 8-1 win over Carolina.  He gave up three hits and a walk with seven strikeouts in six shutout innings.

Mudcats Edge Lookouts 4-3

Carolina came back from a three run deficit to beat the Lookouts 4-3.  Zach Cozart belted a two run blast to help out the cause while Logan Parker doubled twice.

Lee Tabor fell to 0-1 on the season with a rough start in the Mudcats 9-3 loss to the Lookouts. He gave up six runs (four earned) on six hits in 3 1/3 innings.
